It's interesting how having a great hardware your software is so... useless. Add Files support, add some more usability
Recent Crashes
This product has worked great until very recently (why it gets 3/5 stars and not 1/5)
Recently, whenever I try and transfer videos (2+GB), the app crashes as soon as I click “paste”. The file name shows up on the USB stick, but the file size says 0kb and nothing plays. I need to be able to transfer iOS videos to the USB drive. Please fix. iOS 14.0 iPhone 8.
Stop working
I have bought 2 - 128 GB iDiskk and neither one of them work anymore. They won’t connect to any Apple device I have!
