Is the application completed and officially functional?

I have accessed this application only once from my iPad - this is an iPhone version only app that can be used on an iPad in the portrait « iPhone » view with 2x zoom capabilities to accommodate an iPad. This is fine for iPhones but is a real disappointment for use on an iPad.

IEEE Magazines are not available to me??? In the Trending section of this app, once an article is accessed, it seems to be no longer available unless it is bookmarked which is very unfortunate if you have not completed reading it.

Really bad application coming from a technology association such as the IEEE.

Reading Spectrum via app

Compared to the old Qmags app for viewing IEEE magazines, this is a complete disappointment. It seems that it is impossible to use the entire screen on my iPad. There is a means to make the displayed smaller (!!!?!?!?!?), but not larger. I realize that it is possible to down load the PDF, but that requires a multi-step process, that was not required to view magazines via Qmags.
