Fun Font Maker

I love making fonts with this app. It’s so much fun to make super cute handmade fonts. You can create professional looking fonts by adjusting the spaces between letters. You can copy and paste letters. You can change the stroke width of all the letters at the same time. Huge time savers!

Their app is simple to use, but you still need to learn the basics. There are helpful tutorials on the developer’s website and on Youtube. I highly recommend this app to anyone who loves making fonts!

Doesn’t do what I need it to do

I already drew a font in Procreate and would like to import it in order for it to work with a keyboard. This doesn’t do that, however you can import a photo to use as a guide. So I used a screenshot of my font and attempted to redraw it in this app. Well that doesn’t work very well either as the brush (depending on which one) doesn’t follow the line drawn very well. The brush that will make a nice pointed end looks like it’s following your stroke until you take the pen off the screen, then the line snaps into some strange geometric shape that doesn’t even come close to resembling the line you were trying to draw. Filling in the letters you drew is also a bit of a pain, and there isn’t an eraser to aid in making fine points. I’ve wasted my money on this and would like a refund.
