No connection to internet
As another costumer, I change the password for my internet at home. And now doesn’t let me reset it, and no connection. I follow the instructions to reset the scale and nothing.
No internet connection
Had been using the body analysis scale for a year and had enjoyed it. The numbers started to wear out and I could only read it through the app. Changed internet credentials and now the scale times out every time I try to reset the internet. My scale is now 100% useless.
iHealth Wireless Scale
No Bluetooth connection despite all my effort to follow the troubleshooting advices... this is just a standard non-connected scale.
