Good game
I love the game it had good graphics and a good story line but you need to buy things from the boutique to continue doing events and certain chapters which sucks because earning coins are practically impossible and the gold is kind of hard to get and you need a lot of gold
Great... at first.
The story is compelling, and after an exhaustive prologue, you’ll get to choose which character you want to continue the romance with. However, the game then also starts including trinkets, bonuses, coins, attire, etc. All of which you will need to carry on with the story.
Coins are the main issue. They can be obtained in 3 ways:
1- 1 coin per 30s video watched up to a max of 5 videos per day;
2- buying coins with $ (WATCH OUT multiple users have reported being billed double the amount shown in the app!);
3- Signing up for partner offers, 99% of which require you to spend $ and those who don’t (surveys, etc.), I couldn’t get them to work - never got my coins.
Again, you need coins to proceed with the story. For example, you need to buy a kimono in ch.2. Regular kimono is 100 coins (aka 20 daily logins @ 5 videos per day) or 3,500 gold. The supreme kimono is 300 coins (can’t be bought with gold) and comes with the ability to replay scenes later on. So that’s 60 daily logins at 5 videos per day....!! 2 MONTHS!?
I’m sorry but that’s not worth it.
I’m disappointed because the story is great, the heroine feisty and the artwork quite well drawn. I was willing to put in the effort. But not this much effort.
Recommend
I enjoyed the art style, beautiful background music, and the plot. Character development seems reasonable and complete. Unlike many other otome games, MC is actually quite intelligent and mature, making her really likeable. It’s not impossible to play the game without spending $$ if you’re willing to wait each day. But overall I felt that my spending was worth it and not too overwhelming.
