Needs work
The app worked well until an update, now it keeps telling me there is an update but it doesnt load. The maps no longer exist, just blank and doesnt let me choose an area to clean which is frustrating. Overall the app needs better maintenance and to actually be functioning.
Works for me
I have no complaints about how the app works. The only thing I had to add my vacuum in twice but other then that it works like it should. Although I do wish the vacuum would remember the layout or have an option to forgot and redo it
Frustrated customer!!
I’m giving this a 2 star rating only because the V9e robot vacuum worked great for what it was intended to do, for almost 2 years. Now with the latest update to the app (iOS version) a week or 10 days ago, the vacuum is inoperable using the iPhone. And there doesn’t appear to be any urgency to updating the latest update to fix the problem.
