Took my money but did not deliver

I’ve used them before and never had an issue, but today my order was processed, the $100 taken out of my account, and no food was delivered to my address despite the order being marked in the app as complete. I cannot get a hold of anyone at Inabuggy by phone or email. This is completely unacceptable.

Expensive delivery, lying about the price

It said “in store pricing” on their ad. It’s basically a lie! I checked a few items and they were more expensive. That’s on top of their 20 dollar delivery per grocery store!! this model will not work for the middle class guys! The grocery delivery concept is amazing if I can get all my groceries from all the nearby shops I shop at with “real” in store pricing and no more than 15 bucks of delivery.

Deceitful and opportunistic

I really wanted to support a Canadian business but would recommend you look elsewhere. Although on the website and app they advertise that prices would be adjusted daily and you wouldn’t be upcharged, I placed a costco order in April for a high risk family member only to be upcharged for every single item. The upcharge ranged between $4-10 per item, including weighted items such as fish and meats. I’m not sure how their personal shopper can manually change the price for a pack of chicken breast or ground meat but they did. No refunds, no responses for readjustments. My order also came with rottened produce. Like others I really don’t mind paying more for a service ($20 delivery fee plus tip) or be more flexible with freshness but the feeling that a business would use a pandemic to take advantage of its customers just doesn’t sit right.
