This app’s been a game changer for me!I’ve been able to better understand my gut thanks to Injoy - which foods to avoid, which ones to double down on and how to better navigate this complex journey of having digestive issues.Receiving the test kit results has also allowed me to see my progress over time so I can continue to modify my habits to better support my gut health and well being.The team’s been super helpful with questions and I’ve felt supported all along the way.Thanks guys - keep up the great work!

Incredibly glitchy, a pain to input data, would not recommend

Injoy has helped me very much with my gut problems. It is a fantastic find! A real bargain for the money! The staff takes a very holistic approach and they are very knowledgeable and understanding. The test kits are easy to use and the results are far more detailed than I could have imagined! Definitely one of the best apps for health out there!!

I installed the app when I purchased my first microbiome test kit from Injoy. It really helps keeping track of what you eat, elimination and the GI symptoms which can help identify your triggers. It’s useful with or without the test kit. I like how it has recommendations related to your diet and/or symptoms. I also like how you can select a specific date/time when recording your meals so you don't have to enter your meals as you eat. This is not an option in many free apps. When you enter your meal, you can click on View Nutrition Facts and it will show a breakdown of nutrients that are in that meal :)The app has a scorecard and dashboard on Nutrition, Body Health and Wellbeing that are based on your input. Many good ideas implemented in this app that are unique and not seen in other health apps and I am hoping it will keep evolving. Here are few suggestions: I would like being able to add/remove my common foods rather than the app just memorizing my most common foods. I would also like that when you want to change a measure of a food e.g. if by default shows as a 0.5 cup, when you change it from a cup to a gram, to clear the amount (0.5) so you don’t have to backspace every time. I would also like when selecting common foods that app memorizes the last amount and measure type. Another thing that would be great to have is to be able to go back and see what you have entered, as I often forget if I entered a meal and don’t want to double the entry.Overall the app is pretty amazing and I could go on an on about it, since there is so much more to it than just a basic meal and nutrition tracking, so you have to try it for yourself. It really gives you a visibility of what’s going on with your gut health and what you can do to improve it. It is based on your data rather than you guessing and searching the web on what might be going on with your GI health. It’s like a good doctor who likes listening an not just talking haha
