Slow to connect to site
Problems connecting to site, long delay or not at all which means you have to restart the app. This issue is definitely app related since 2-3 releases ago it connected every time without problems. When the app does connect it works well.

We have a new app, BlueEye, downloadable from the App Store, which allows you to refresh the connection.
We released new firmware for IP150+ and PCS265V7 which uses the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Please contact your system installer for firmware upgrades.
