Hello, you have access to all of your insurance documents, including your billing statement on the app. Simply click on the desired policy from the homepage, then click on "Documents". You will find all the details of your contract and your premium. Thank you and good day.

100% SCAM - score drops for no reason

I am extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated with the app. Everything was fine until the app changed. Now my score keeps dropping for no apparent reason since all the trips I've driven show perfect with no events. My discount dropped from 24% to 11% since the app changed, but my driving remains excellent as per the trips on the app. This makes absolutely no sense. I sent multiple emails with screens shots as proof but never got an answer. I called twice, the first person told me to give the app 14 days so it processes any changes, but my discount percentage kept dropping. The second time I called, the agent went through all of my trips for the past 30 days and that's when we realized that even though all the trips on the app on my end showed prefect driving, these same trips on her monitor showed multiple events. This proved there is a discrenpency between what we see in the app and what Intact Assurance keeps as record for the same trips!!! The agent told me to write an e-mail about our phone conversation and what we discovered, which I did. I sent an e-mail explaining this MAJOR discrepancy and still got no response!!!! You guys are complete SCAMMERS!!!!!

My Drive not very efficient

The app itself is all well done, but the MyDeive experience isn’t so great and frustrating. It has difficulty determine when I’m driving stating I’m a “passenger” or I was on “public transport” when i was actually driving. I go on vacation to another country for a week and I get an email that I need to activate or it will be cancelled. I keep losing saving % despite my overall scores doesn’t go down. No matter how careful I am the % won’t seem to go rise as it used to. On top of that it gives me drivers anxiety for fear someone will force me to heavily apply my brakes while the app is monitoring my driving. I’ve been detesting this driving anxiety for quite a while now that I have decided I will cancel the my drive program.
