IntelliComfort 4+

Basic controls are ok but couple of simple things beyond this would make it better:

- ability to restart system remotely, great when away, during maintenance or starting up a/c in spring
- if only one location exists when app starts, select it by default, hassle every time I start app I have to select the same and only location / system
- provide same functionality whether in portrait or landscape mode, took me some time to figure out more capabilities are available when you rotate screen

Be great to have same functions as in thermostat display, but adding above few would change my experience from just ok to good.

I have a top of the line York hvac and Intelicomfort app has practically no features and limits me greatly to what I can do compared to my thermostat features. Plus the temperature readings are not correct.

No one seeems to know what “PRIM TEMP SENSOR OPEN” means in the fault notifications or how to fix it. So I have this fault reported in my notifications every few minutes. Had service people come in to try to fix, they phoned service company, but no one knows how to fix it. The settings that I put in for a temperature schedule never stays in the system. It seems to pick its own settings as they do not reflect what I entered and saved. It is an extremely long wait to get through to service people by phone. Can this all be fixed?
