I recently opened a non-registered account using the app, and the experience was amazing! The process was seamless, intuitive, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly impressed with the app’s design and functionality!

I’m new to investing and it was pretty easy to following the steps and get everything setup. I liked the goals area and it it didn’t take much time to open a TFSA account.

I trusted Investly by Fidelity and deposited my money expecting reliable, professional service. But when I tried to withdraw my funds, they refused, saying there were “risks in the process.” I provided everything they asked for—including my bank statement for identity verification—but they still haven’t returned my money.Every day, I get the same message: “Sorry, please wait until tomorrow.” It’s been nothing but endless delays, vague excuses, and zero accountability.At this point, it feels like they’re holding my money hostage. I no longer trust this app or Fidelity’s handling of it. If you’re thinking about using Investly, think twice. Transparency, trust, and customer service are severely lacking. Avoid until they fix these serious issues.
