Amazing experience
If you're tired of waiting in line then you got get this app. Super easy to use and works flawlessly. Place your order, choose a pick up time and and skip the line.
Great concept. Poor execution.
Lots of latency. That said, most annoying part is the fact that the “pickup ASAP” is routinely blacked out and you are forced into pickup times 30+ minutes into the future. Painful. And unnecessary.
