Description

IQVIA Scribe is an online/offline application used to capture data directly from patients enrolled in clinical trials.

Patients enrolled in a study using Scribe will receive an enrollment notification via email or text with a link to download the application and instructions used to enroll in the study. Relevant questionnaires will be available for completion throughout the duration of the study

Extraordinarily frustrating app

This app is extremely flakey. It can take tens of minutes to log in. If at all. Most times the app just hangs. Zero feedback. The UX is terrible.

I encourage IQVIA to invest in patient experience. The poor experience significantly impacts survey compliance. This app is an embarrassment.
