This app gives you more than just sleep advice!
Lauren is changing the parenting world. This app provides information around normal infant sleep and strategies to help get more sleep without any form of sleep training. The strategies are more than just short term fixes and it changed the way I saw my baby and how I parent in the best way possible! I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you for this app!
Changed my life
As a new mom Lauren and her teachings have made such a difference. In a world full of competing voices with respect to what is normal sleep for a baby, she made sense. Her teachings taught me how to follow my own intuition and follow what is biologically normal and developmentally appropriate.
I was seriously lost in that sea of voices that made me go against what I felt to do naturally with my baby. I will forever be grateful for Lauren’s teachings and I found the voice that matters most, mine.
