Memo in transfers

The system would not allow me to enter an alphanumeric memo. It kept giving me an error that I must use alphanumeric. ‘Dec 31 water bill’ that’s pretty alphanumeric. Haha

Please bring back features of the previous app!!

On the previous version of your app you were able to see what your account balance was after every transaction, this feature has been removed. I enjoyed that feature, it made it easier to monitor my spending, please bring it back!! I am also annoyed that I can no longer see my credit card balance on the app?? Now I can only check my collabria credit card through the separate website, really frustrating and again, makes it harder to monitor my spending! Unless I am missing a setting somewhere??The general layout of the app is fine and looks clean but overall I am not satisfied with this new update.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Due to an unexpected service interruption with the app labeled “New”, we are moving members to an enhanced mobile app. We are working on returning the running balance to this app. Unfortunately some members have lost their linked Collabria card during this switch. You can add it again through our web version of online banking. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Island Savings Mobile Banking app does everything I need it do, truly. The reason I am providing three stars is because I transitioned to the credit union from a big bank, their app just felt less clunky, offered facial recognition sign-in, and provided some analytics. Like I said, it does what I need, nothing more, nothing less.
