① Go to your "My Page" ➞ "Settings" ➞ Scroll down to the bottom ➞ Un-check "Subscribe" and click "Change".
If you have any difficulties, please contact Customer Support from your "My Page".
It doesn’t ship to Canada
I downloaded it made an account and changed it from USA to Canada but it says unprocessable entity cannot deliver to selected country but it allows me to choose Canada, If you won’t ship to Canada don’t make it an option you can choose.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the impact of the global coronavirus pandemic, orders to Canada are currently not being accepted.
This situation is expected to be temporary but the duration is currently undetermined.
