Worst app ever don’t even think about downloading this app, There database is so small keeps on showing same matches everyday and I got tired of not seeing any potential matches so thought would give it a try and they also had had a promotion saying money back garantee

So I thought okay lets try premium but still everything was same and I don’t even think that was any useful for me coz I couldn’t find any match to my liking so I wanted to get a refund which obviously they never game me and instead keep on telling me my filters are narrow, I was laughing after hearing that coz my filter are way too broad that it can show every user in matchs but still I barely see 20-25 matches thats it, it was waste of time and money for me

I was contacted on WhatsApp to try the premium version of this app. When I raised a complaint about my privacy, I was told they had consent to contact me—yes, but not on WhatsApp. Despite my concerns, I was sold the premium with a claim that I would get fewer profiles due to a “premium-only filter.” There was no such filter.

When I requested a refund, I was told it couldn’t be processed and was advised to “try it for a few days.” Just before the 30-day money-back guarantee expired, someone accepted my profile. When I requested a refund, I was told that because the person had accepted, even if they didn’t interact, a refund couldn’t be issued.

I also noticed that many profiles went under verification immediately after I accepted or they accepted, even though the app claims all profiles are verified. When I contacted support about this, I received a generic reply advising me to “do your own diligence” to check verification.

Customer support is terrible. Most staff are rude, calls are rarely returned, and when they are, they come with false promises. There’s also a “view contact” feature, but users can hide their information, making it pointless. Most profiles are inactive or unverified.

From a man’s perspective- this app shamelessly pushes you to take the premium otherwise it doesn’t favor you and provides you the worst algorithm.
