bad service
this morning august 26 2023 at 10am, one of crew told that their machine its not working yet and he told me i can ordder onli e but when i go online apps it dosent go through and the guy he just look at me when i asked him that i cant order online, and then he called the lady that said even online you cant order, what is that they dont know how to communicate to each other i just waste my time to download ang take order and the end i cant order????
Why even bother ordering??
I placed an order YESTERDAY for pick up today but they didn’t start making until I arrived. What’s the point of this app if the stores aren’t even processing the orders???
Jollibee Ajax
I ordered via online and when I arrived to the store I still have to wait 40 more minutes.
I tried to purchase some food while waiting and was told that it will be a 30-40 minute waiting period.
You will lose customers with the lack of efficiency. Even the drive thru customers have to wait for 30 minutes minimum.
One thing I must say is the person that served us (cashier) was fast and was doing everything she could to meet the standards.
This is fast food at its best!
