Joyster helps you gain insights into your physical and mental health, what affects it and how. Track your physical and mental symptoms against activities, exercise, food, and social interactions.

Visualize how your body and mind overlap to identify trends and triggers in your well-being.

For example, if you have OCD, you can track how your compulsions are affecting your obsessions and mental health. If you are bipolar, you can track your mania symptoms against your day to day life.

Joyster uses reflection, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and data to help you understand yourself and build a habit of reflection & self-care.

Help with Healthy Habit Tracking.

I live with chronic illness. This app helps me be accountable and stay aware and on top of my changing symptoms and habits that are helping or hindering me. Since I started using this app… I have found things quite naturally …which have helped me stick to and understand the importance of maintaining habits and taking actions that help me feel better every day!!

Didn’t realize I needed this!

I have started using Joyster and honestly it’s been a game changer. It helps me easily analyze little things in my life that could be affecting my mood or overall health. It takes like 2 minutes tops to do a journal entry three times a day and I get all this feedback.
Would recommend for anyone trying to understand their mental or physical health based on day to day experiences, food and lifestyle
