I have been using this app for about 4 months now and I have found the contents so helpful.
There are several options on the totally free portion but if you want more in depth access, there are two options. I am using the mid-range selection.
I use the app at least a few times a week - the meditations are short enough to fit into my life. I often use them at night but also other times.
Julia’s voice is easy to listen too, making the info tangible and keeping a sense of calm throughout. This is more than an app - it is a support in today’s stressful times.
