Great app over all

Great app. It would be nice to be able to go back to the description of the movements instead of just having the timer once the exercice has started. It is a little disappointing.

Really easy and practical. The only thing is you cannot go back to the menu and come back to the training. They not going to save your workout, a little disappointed
