Disconnects, then tells me I put the wrong code
While I’m browsing the menu, the app randomly stops working and tells me that there was a connection issue. When I type in the code again it takes at least 20 seconds to load and proceeds to tell me I put in the wrong code, so I have to restart the game and app in hopes for it to work. Please fix this, I want to play the game I spent $70 on. I’m on PlayStation 5.

whenever I enter the correct code it just tells me wrong code. it has been like this since LAUNCH and even contacting ubisoft about it gets you nowhere. it still does work so don’t waste your money on the game.
Glitch
When i enter my code it says a error message so please fix it
