Ratings and Reviews
Horrible Customer Service and FAKE rating
USE UBER EATS AND OTHER DELIVERY SERVICES. THEY ARE CHEAPER, FASTER, and LESS PROBLEMS. ADDITIONALLY UBER EATS PROVIDED COMPENSATION IF ORDER IS DELAYED. This app DOESN'T.
The customer support is awful. Their strategy is apologize, apologize, apologize and end the conversation before the customer can request a refund. If your order is late, all they say is “wait 10-15 min”. No compensation is provided for the delays
I know an individual that works for this company and informed me that all employees HAVE to rate this 5/5 before starting their position. Meaning majority (if not all) of the 5 star ratings are fake. Look at the 4 star ratings (usually real customers) and the difference in the AMOUNT of ratings between 5/5 and 4/5 is statistically significant.
Do not use!
The restaurant did not deliver on our order and Just Eat would not return payment! Terrible customer service and very unreliable!
Customer service is useless
No notification the order had arrived and customer service is rubbish. In a hotel, either leave it with the lobby or NOTIFY ME ON THE APP. Use UberEats instead. This app sucks.
