Difficile d'arrêter un abonnement

Le système est ok, mais difficile de tout arrêter. Ça m'a pris 4 courriels au service client pour faire enlever le prélèvement automatique et stopper l'abonnement. Depuis, je reçois une multitude de courriels de leur part pour réactiver l'abonnement.

They lost everything..

I used their paid service and they LOST EVERYTHING (5.2 GB of Data). I engaged their support and they could not recover anything and suggested the only option was to delete my account and start again? Were they kidding? They loose everything and their only solution is to start again? They have terrible service, support is none existent.

Not worth your time!

So excited to see this app as I have an account with this company. The amount of storage is not an issue as previously reported however I continuously get errors of back-up failure due to network connection, very strange since I can stream video no problem. App needs work before it will be useful. Don't bother until then.
