Backup/restore missing

The UI is super user unfriendly and there’s no way to backup and restore from a backup (they generate an email that is pretty much useless, because you’d have to manually enter the data for each person one by one)

No back up

Went I had up date my cell phone, all my chart were gone. And no answer for the customer support. Very bad!!! Plus you have to set the time zone by hand.

Pretty good

It’s a good tool … especially to get info from people on the fly to study later … pretty reliable… except I lost all my data when I upgraded … I sent a message and next time I looked all my charts were restored, very happy for that !
