I’ve been left stranded 4 times after booking rides hours in advance.
I called and complained to customer service - after the representative laughed at me, they would not allow me to speak to a superior.
This app is a joke and a safety hazard.
It takes to long to get a ride.

Gives me an error when I try to enter my email at the beginning. Gives me error message “a device can access up to 10 times a day”. It did this the very first time I ever tried using Kabu. Can’t use app, doesn’t work.

First time trying this app, I placed an order at around 10:30am in Richmond and waited for minutes no one accepted the order. I ended up cancelled it and called a taxi. What is going on here? Someone still running this business?

Booked a trip in advance for a midnight pickup, ride confirmation stated pick up would be the following afternoon! I cancelled my trip immediately as I wasn’t going to wait outside all night for a ride! I was never refunded, I’ve contacted customer service and they’re absolutely useless. Save yourself issues and don’t bother! Get taxi instead.
