Ratings and Reviews
Good idea, but much to refine
The idea behind Karma is great, but using the app left a lot to question marks and some frustrations. E.g. the QR-code on my first purchase did not generate so I had could not open the fridge door (had to look for an employee and ask her to open the door). You can’t really see though the fridge doors to see what is in it (i can’t explain myself why), so you have to look at the app and even then the pictures are terrible (if you are lucky enough to have one), so you basically grocery shop from text and low pixel pictures. Far from a great User experience. I will nonetheless use Karma for its virtue and the prices, but I feel I would use it far more if it was actually fun to use.
