Question for payments

Do I pay monthly once I unlock everything!? Or do I keep the game once made the unlocked everything for this game!?

Great game... misleading description

My son absolutely loves this game. I had to get him the paid version. He is getting an iPad for Christmas so I thought I would just download the paid version on my phone for the mean time because the description says it’s available for family sharing and it says in app purchases may be available. This being said I thought they definitely would be available otherwise it would’ve stated that they are NOT available like all other apps. This was very misleading and frustrating. Now I have it on my phone and can’t get it on his iPad and I refuse to pay for it again. I requested a refund through the App Store and was denied so I resubmitted it so I’m really hoping I get the refund. You need to change the description so people are aware BEFORE they buy it. Something needs to get done to fix this. This is the first game he’s going to look for when it gets his iPad and when he sees everything is locked he’s going to be very sad 😢
