New Update Destroyed ALL OF MY PROJECTS! (UPDATE)
This new 7.4 update ruined all my projects that I’ve been working on for months. Ever since the 7.4 update, all of the layers on my videos were just rotated 270 degrees and moved to the top left corner of the screen. ****UPDATE: this issue was not resolved with the new update. Please fix this!

So that we can work to resolve this issue please send us a screen recording showing the issue and send an exported .kine file of an affected project: Tap 'Create' screen>> Select the affected project by tapping (…) >> Export as .kine file You can attach these to your message to our tech support team through the KineMaster app or if too large, you can upload it to Google Drive and send us a shareable link with access (right click on the file >> Share >> change from 'Restricted' to 'Anyone with link can access'). F the watermark
Why tf is the watermark so damn big and the premium is too pricey

As the app evolves and adds new valuable features, so does the app's offering to its users. If you would like to remove the watermark, access all templates and the full Asset Store, please subscribe to Premium. You can do that by tapping the crown button on the Create tab. We hope you can get back to creating great videos soon!
It charged me 900 dollars and some greedy employe did this!!!

Hello, KineMaster would never charge 900 dollars and no other users need to be concerned about this. If there was an error in the Apple system or you want a refund please cancel your KineMaster subscription in the iOS 'Settings' app >> Apple ID >> Subscription >> KineMaster >> Cancel subscription. Please send an inquiry to Apple Support to request a refund. Thank you.
