Fine
The app is a bit glitchy but overall it’s functionality is useful but limited. The biggest limitation and disappointment is when using the built in meat probe function. Often the probe cannot be detected by the app and therefore, since the probe reading is only available through the app, both the probe and the app are useless for this feature...which happened to be a key selling feature for me. Sadly, no resolution from Kitchen Aid. So I use a $30 meat probe from Amazon instead of the one built in on my $6k range. Thanks!
Still horrible
3 years later I thought I’d try this app again. Still frustratingly horrible, and this is coming from someone who builds digital platforms for a living. Just as disappointing as their products.

Useless app
I don’t understand why roasting doesn’t have a preheat before starting cook time? It is very inconvenient when you get use to baking this way. Should be the same across the board.
