The best app so easy to use and excellent prices
I saw a review about this service so I thought let’s give them I try as soon we passed immigration pick up our luggage more then 18 hours flight with two kids at that time you just want to get to your hotel and rest and now try to find your transportation to get to your place 🤔 guess what was súper easy to find then they had a sign with my name with KLOOK logo they had our SIM cards ready they install them for us we walk a short distance to our transportation really nice car clean with a live savings cold air condition as it was super hot when we arrive the driver knew exactly where we are going as when we booked or ride with KLOOK as you for address was super easy no problem to has to deal with payment as we had already pay plus was half price of what our hotel was asking for and a SIM card right on the spot ready for us unbelievable service the driver super nice and excellent driver thank you very much KLOOK.com we definitely use yours service again soon 🙏🏼

poor app, would not recommend at all
poor system!! stupi app, i booked for disney tickets, they charged my credit card but did not send any voucher, no bookings found/confirmation, this app has no costumer service, no contact numbers, no answers responds received for inquiries made through email
