Korean Air My 4+

I had my recent international trip Canada to Philippines (round trip). I loved how they update your boarding time, boarded luggage/s on time, on hand boarding passes, updated fly time, customer service had been very helpful answering all my inquiries! As a first time and travelling alone it gave me confidence to fly with Korean Airlines!

You can be logged in under your skypass number and it still doesn’t know your flights, they have to be added manually. Once you add your flight it vaguely shows the details, but you have to have an electronic boarding pass issued to see boarding times and gate. It doesn’t show the gate until about an hour before take off. If no electronic boarding pass was issued at checkin theres no way to get it to make one. If you go to flight status it doesn’t automatically bring up your flight, so you look for it and then the only info is that it hasn’t departed, its basically useless.
No notifications about time to check in or gate assignments or boarding times…
They need to check out the Air France app, its not perfect either but its way better than this one.

Notifications on gate number or departure time is made only when there are changes. Pl fix your app. Does not accept my year of birth as 1946. The app was great before. Suddenly stoped accepting my year of birth. Says I’m too young. Thanks

Hi!! :-) According to our investigation, a wrong date of birth was entered in your booking record which led our check-in system to identify the passenger as a child and to block a date of birth of an adult. We have informed the reservation office immediately to look into the case, though there is no action you need to take since your date of birth has been corrected already when you took the flight at the Vancouver airport.
