I was stuck on the loading screen every time I opened the app please fix this

So far
It’s just been loading screen for me. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the game or problem with my Internet, so I can’t properly rate this game.

Doesn’t even load in
When I try to enter Land of Goals, I get stuck at “Downloading Assets” at around 97-100% of the downloading assets part, it just never lets me in!
