Real health

I like that this app doesn't concentrate on weight loss (as long as you tell the settings so), but on healthy choices. Focus on weight loss is terrible for self-image, mental health, AND physical health. But I really like trackers and I like being able to log my choices without judgement (or as little judgement as possible while still receiving feedback), which is helping me to be more mindful. I like that it had options for a range of diets, though I cannot say how well they work because I'm not using those options. Some problems are that at least once a day, it tells me that it doesn't track calories or quantity but instead quality. Okay, I get it, stop telling me. It also made a point of telling me that chores burn as much calories as workouts, but it won't let me log that. So when I exhaust myself doing five loads of laundry and cleaning a mattress - none of which will activity trackers track - I get encouraged to also take a walk. I'd also like it if I could track how I feel after meals to help figure out problem foods, as I have a digestive disorder that can cause pain but is really hard to predict.

I enjoy this app, it helps keep track of my activity sure the day and keeps me motivated to do more. Mind you that you don’t get the use of everything unless you buy it, free version is limited but that is fine.
