I've tried reaching out to this company multiple times through their back office support and Instagram messaging, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response or acknowledgment that my concerns have been addressed. I woke up, checked my balance, was 0.000. I scared & called police. The police officer was at my place I showed all my evidence. lBank kept changing my balance. I've screenshots of everything.Then scammer lBank held my money & didn't release my own original investment, asking me 2 pay tax 2 release it.They owned my $87763 now & locked me out.I reported 2 FBI.Even the review 4.2* is fake! The whole team is here to vote for themselves. A Belarus lady connect me through what’s app and encourage me to invest in their virtual lBank. The number is a voice over IP number in the US. Then pretend she is my friend and her uncle and his team makes magic with some stupid long and short Nodes and help me to make money. My money grew but the time I tried to withdraw my money from lBank sent me a fake email to pay tax then when I refuse asking for tax form, they found out they could not take money from me anymore they locked my account, disabled my account and pretended there was no such an account exists. THIS IS A BLACK HOLE. Listen and do not jeopardize your asset. There is no guarantee you can have your money back. Nobody in THE US protecting or supporting and care about what will happen to you. At the end you lose all your assets! Even Crypto.com and Trust wallet. They say this is an external app and we cannot help you to role back your money! Please think twice before investing your money there! I sent all the documents to the police, CFPB, Google, Apple And GoDaddy to review. I lost all my money!

Bad exchange with a very bad customer aupport

Called them about a coin I bought thru market order and I got filled more than 600% higher than the current price even the coin is very liquid.. They told me I got filled at a higher price because I used a Market order.. I should have been filled at The BEST AVAILABLE PRICE at market order and not at a price 600% higher.. and the sad thing is I got filled even the coin hasn't reached that price yet.. People use market order most of the time.. I got scammed..
