More Password Insanity
The login screen 1) does not support iOS password managers like 1Password, 2) does not support copy/paste, 3) does not support drag and drop, 4) suspends my id after only *two* tries *typing* in my long and complex 1Password generated password, and 5) despite all this the app enforces password complexity rules! This is shambolic design, and should never have been released.
No Password Autofill or Pasting
I use complex passwords, and after being logged out thanks to the last update, I now have to manually type in my credentials. Why don’t you make the app properly accessible and focus on UX?
Wow, what a mess!
What on earth were they thinking? More importantly, how come no one did a trial before launching this mess… the site has so many problems and such poor functionality, it’s shocking to think in this day and age something so badly designed and as clunky as this could be possible … or how an organization as big as the LCBO could bungle something as important as a website… but here it is. The WORST app. ever!
