Works when it works

Constantly disconnects and says it’s offline when the camera is on and had just been working minutes before. It also glitches a lot. Not very happy when it says my wifi is fine yet the app doesn’t always want to work, how else am I suppose to see baby if the app/ camera disconnects and claims it’s “offline”

We're sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the app. Based on the symptoms you've described, we believe that a power reset of your camera and WiFi router may help to resolve the connectivity issues. To power reset your camera, please follow these steps: Unplug the camera from the power source. Wait for about 30 seconds. Plug the camera back in. Please wait for a few minutes for the camera to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network and for the app to establish a stable connection with the camera. Baby Care+ vs Baby Care??

On my LF1911 Rev.2 it said to use this app. But even though it says Rev2 on the label, I have to use the "Baby Care" app, not this "Baby Care+" app. Honestly don't know the difference between the two apps and why you need to make separate accounts for them but it's confusing for the consumer.
