Member Login Information:
Log in to the app with your legal.legalshield.com username and password. If you’re a LegalShield Independent Associate, you can also log in with your online.legalshield.com username and password.
Notes:
Must have a Wi-Fi or data connection to access your member information. IDShield features are only available to members who also have an IDShield/IDT plan. The MEMBERPerks feature is not available to LegalShield group members.
LegalShield products are available only in those jurisdictions where LegalShield is authorized to sell them.

Impossible to Cancel - and they keep charging
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks. They require you to call, just to listen to a rep spew off a bunch of garbage - then tell you they cannot cancel your membership over the phone and to email them. Wasted my time, sent the email and STILL was charged for the month as they haven’t bothered to reply to my email. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst decision to join this service to create our wills.
Bad business practice
According of my experience this app and it’s subscription plan are just a way to engage you to their lawyers. The advise that you can receive is limited and if you want a full answer or help you need to contact one of their firm for extra charge.
