app opens halfway, and freezes with an unloaded message.
i played the game once, great game!
But….
Now when i try to open it the screen freezes with a pop-up message that wont load any text. the only thing i can do is load the game, and force quit… please help
Will not open
I have a brand new MacBook Pro, received it this week. I have not transferred any data from my previous computer. I paid for and downloaded this game on this device. When I try to open it, the screen goes black, a white window opens in the centre and then nothing happens. Nothing loads, no errors come up. It froze. I had to shut my computer down to get it off the screen. Upon restarting the computer the game refused to close (even with multiple force quit attempts). It took 4 restarts to get the game to close and I could finally delete it. How do I get my money back?
