So many options!

I hate going to the gym and I rarely stick to work out plans or diet. Les Mills actually feels really welcoming even through a screen and they break down difficult moves and give lots of options. I got into it because I love dance work outs and they have hours of content just for dancing. I’ve explored other styles and found lots of great variety. And I do it all in the privacy of my home. So far I’ve been sticking to it and don’t feel like stopping.

I have been using this app since the pandemic. I use it almost everyday. I don’t go to a gym bc this is more reliable and better workout Your program is amazing I have gotten much stronger from your programs. Thank you so much. I look forward to all the new releases.

Such an amazing platform. I’ve been doing BC for 4 years and up and I enjoy body jam, body step and shabam as well. I just wished we would have more releases :)
