Taking away 2 stars for early glitch (lvl 89)

Hi, I found a early glitch at level 89 (L forgot to kill two Ks and when all Ks went to finish it did not say to merge them to fight it just said you lose on my best friend Elenor’s phone last night). Can you fix that? Also, is this a 1 time thing? Thanks! ~ Xenon Adam Brytan

Game glitches

My son got to level 73 and the game glitched out no longer allowing the letters to ‘fight’ at the end. It stopped allowing us to move the characters, they just moved themselves to the bottom of the screen. We could not move past that level or even go back. Game became useless at that point. Disappointed.
