I owe money but can’t log into app

I want to give you the money I owe. It’s kind of hard to do that when your app is dog piss covered in cat feces.

Email authentication doesn’t work. Can’t even complete the action without an error. Please fix for New Brunswick. Please. For once. Please.

App is Useless

For reference, I’m a customer in New Brunswick. I cannot log in and it does not even let me submit a form for feedback. As per title, it is just wasted space on my iPhone. As a matter of fact, I can’t even log in online and the customer service team has been less than helpful. It’s been 3 months and I still can’t even log in online! I have had to pay for my balance over the phone ever since. The only reason they can get away with this terrible customer service is because here there is no other natural gas provider. I would’ve left in a heartbeat ages ago! I can’t wait when providers come in soon so I can finally leave you.
