This app really does help me reflect and learn about myself using thought-provoking exercises! It’s also interesting to read about the research behind each exercise and mission. So unique from any other self-improvement app! Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves, their feelings, or why they think the way that they do :)
So glad I found this pocket therapist
I’ve tried every mental health app in the book but delete most after a day. This is the only thing that actually works and does what it says. And I even have a real therapist, but this goes even deeper and broader than single point lessons. It’s made me feel much more in control of situations in my life.
