LifeUI will ask for permission to access Apple Health the first time you launch the app.

Use the arrows to go backwards and forwards in time to see how you did in the past
Tap the chart/check icon at the top left of the dashboard to toggle between charts view and goals view
Tap the time period in 30D or 12M tabs to switch between last 30 days/last 12 months and current month/current year
