No quality Service
I ordered 2 hats in the spring of 2020. I don’t order online merchandise often because of this. They charged me for the merchandise & I still have not received anything from them Customer service has not helped me to find my order either.
Light in the box is very poor in Customer service as well.
They are very good at ripping you off.

Never use it
I did order bigger size than my usual and still not fitting and off course you get charge twice for delivery!
Also there is no support or customer service.
I would not recommend this app or service as it’s fake products.

Unfortunate
Incredibly frustrating!!! I never received my order and was put through hoops and rings to receive a 40 day wait on my refund. Highly disappointed with the service would not recommend
