Lightspeed Live (K & U) communicates directly with Lightspeed Restaurant (K) and (U) so you can see real-time sales and reporting from your restaurant, wherever you are.
Keep up to date with sales performance, check and guest volume and loss prevention metrics such as comp and void counts. Additional features include comparison against historical reports, top performing menu items and categories, access to your logbook and more.
What is required?
For Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K) customers, you must have access to Advanced Insights.
For Lightspeed Restaurant POS (U) customers, you must have access to HQ.

Garbage
Has to be reset everytime it’s opened. Expect me to run a business with lightspeed but you can’t even get an essential app to work properly… Ridiculous
Delete and reinstall ever time
This has to be the worst stats app. It gives you minimal information and it goes blank every time you close it so it’ll need to be delete and reinstall. Log in again and wait a long time for it to fetch your info.
