What’s New

Version 2024.4

Hello Liiifters! This version brings some improvements on the app experience:

- Velocity charts: See how fast you worked through your moves and sets, and how your velocity stack against similar sessions in the past — a feature reserved for Pro Members
- The process to start a new program is more streamlined
- You can set up your weight profile more easily for your 5RM bench presses, squats and deadlifts
- The current weekday is highlighted in your Workout Plans, so that you can tell what's scheduled for today or tomorrow, all at a glance
- Scheduled Plans and Templates are no longer separate. They now are both called "Workout Plans". Workout Plans that are not scheduled will show a dimmed label in the list.

We also improved things for new users: you may see an option to add a demo workout — this is designed to get you started quickly, and show you what Liiift can help you achieve

There are also a few bug fixes:

- You might see data loss from iCloud sync. Fixed.
- Upon first launch, the app might keep showing you Membership view. Fixed.
- There were a few places where the app might crash. Fixed.
