Cash grab

Bad app, no interaction and after buying the initial game there are more pay gates.

Hello,

there is a lot of stuff hidden that you don't see in the first session. We think the kids should look a bit around and discover more of it over time. There are hidden minigames and funny animations and much more. Just try it out.
The extra assets you can buy, are for even more content if you like the game and think it's worth it. But the hospital get's really big then, so decide for yourself or for your kid what you like.

Not appropriate for 4 year old

Do not download for children. This game makes absolutely no sense. Especially for a 4 year old. I will be requesting a refund.

Sorry to hear that it didn't match your expectations. For the 4 year olds we have hidden some funny animations and reactions the kid can find. Older ones can then play the hidden minigames and other missions. The game will try to help your kid if it gets stuck by hints on rooms, where they can find the searched items and so on.
