Are you sure you have the card thingy?

Horrible!

I don’t know why this app developer can’t see all the terrible reviews and fix the problem. The app won’t work or connect with the camera at all which makes a major feature of the camera useless. Don’t advertise the camera has wifi if you can’t put the videos on your phone through the app. Waste of money!

Problems with app

Apex camera says it’s connected via wifi to app

On iPhone XR the app says “cannot start preview screen”

I bought another camera to see if it was camera. Same error
